Submission and Update of Particulars

Submission of bank account details by new students who have just arrived in Singapore

You do not need to submit your bank account information if:

1) your bank account was opened during the on-site bank opening at a hostel, or

2) your bank account opening was facilitated by UOB.

If your account was opened by physically going to a DBS/POSB Bank branch or opened online, you are required to submit your bank account information within 1 week from opening of the account. See below for the link to submit.

​Existing students

Please update us at the same link above if there are changes to the following:

1. Your Student's Pass, contact information, and other personal details.

2. Your bank account details

3. Your parent or guardian's contact information

4. If you have changes to your passport, please ensure you notify ICA on the change in passport information. Otherwise you may encounter issues with immigration clearance.
